We then issue a statement of work defining deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and payment schedule. Architecture reviews typically complete within two weeks; integration sprints run two to four weeks depending on infrastructure complexity; governance framework design requires three weeks with stakeholder workshop sessions.
Our researchers embed with your engineering team rather than operating as a black-box consultancy. Knowledge transfer is a core deliverable — you should be able to maintain, extend and govern systems we help design. We document decisions, trade-offs and alternatives considered so future team members inherit context, not just code.
Post-engagement support includes a thirty-day clarification window for all written deliverables. Enterprise clients may add quarterly research reviews to maintain alignment as their AI portfolio evolves. All services are priced in Canadian dollars; statements of work define intellectual property ownership for custom artefacts produced during the engagement.
We maintain professional liability coverage appropriate to our services and can provide certificates of insurance upon request during procurement processes.
